LUCA'S WINTER DUCATI PROJECT - FOR THE SUMMER! With one successful restoration 'under his belt' Luca is looking for another project... A Ducati 350 from the late 1970s/early 1980s. Scroll down for the latest entries 13.11.10 As it stood in the beginning.......just after a quick wash.
04.12.10 A craftsman at work. Thinking that the machine is a little too staid in design, Luca gives it a make-over in the Styling Dept with new accessories.
15.01.11 All three brake discs custom-drilled to a fan pattern, including one with a reverse pattern (top) so all three will appear to 'spin' in a forward direction when fitted.
22.01.11 Engine dissembly begins!

28.06.11 Exams over, work continues. Carburetter refurbished and new seals fitted
Surplus brackets cut off frame & fairing bracket mounted
30.06.11 Frame & parts stripped for painting
Roller bearing cups removed from headstock
16.07.11 Frame, Wheels & Discs return from painting
21.07.11 Engine Mounted in frame, swinging arm mounted, rear sets mounted.
